" SOLD " Mandau is used by the Dayaks ethnic groups at Kalimantan Borneo. The parang's sheath is made of wood which is showing with Dayaks motif. The sheath is plaited with extremely finest rattan plaited knobs. This old mandau has a nice blade and has copper spots inlaid and at the tip of the blade is showing with Dayaks traditional motif. The parang's hilt is made of carved bone with two hairplumes.
Normaly with this parang comes a second knife, but in this case it is missing. The knivepocket is made of tree bark which is attached to the parang. This parang is the rattan waist rob. This rattan rob is very fine and smoothly plaited pattern. It attached with a big seed as buckle – to
